Biodefense Laboratory Management System (BLMS) is an eIT PMO IT Sub-Portfolio that supports USAMRDC's Principal Assistant for Research and Technology (PAR&T) and the Science & Technology enterprise. BLMS provides intramural research projects/research management as well as manpower management functions. eIT PMO is expanding BLMS access command-wide to start integrating project management data across the command and its' direct reporting units.
